Daisy Chain, the autism charity we are fundraising for hit the headlines in the local paper and local news today:
With a drop in funding and a huge increase in families desperate for support it made for grim reading. It made me all the more determined to do my best to raise awareness about this wonderful charity and how they really do change the lives of the families that access their services. I’ve printed off some posters for school to advertise the up and coming duck race – where 5000 ducks race around the local white water course, It’s only £2 for a duck so I hope some families at school will join in.
